Appointing Volume Editors of Proceedings

Conference organizer shall have a dedicated team (Publication Committee) to handle manuscript from submission to publication including communicating with the contributing authors and performing review process. It is very important that this team perform their tasks in an effective and efficient manner. The organizer should appoint at least 2 volume editors from their committee members who will be responsible to collect, conduct peer-review, select paper and compile in the proceedings to send us. While appointing editors following should be ensured-

  • Volume Editor should not be associated with the editorial board of any questionable publisher/journal.
  • A senior faculty member and part of the conference organizing body.
  • Volume editors are aware of their major task & responsibility. All editors supposed to aware of information for editors and author guideline.

Volume editor should take time to read their task and ensure proper conveying of the instructions to the authors.
